Getting to know Fleetville
With AL1 and AL4 postcodes and St Albans as its council, Fleetville is a suburb on the east side of St Albans, about a mile from the middle of St Albans in a straight line.
Around the middle of Fleetville there's Fleetville Park, then Fleetville Community Centre and Clarence Park Fountain (a monument). The closest railway station, St Albans City station, is about half a mile west in a straight line.
Fleetville is part of our St Albans east round, so we're here on a Wednesday. We already clean homes in Fleetville, every 4 or 8 weeks, with a text the day before each visit. Leaving the side gate unlocked on the day lets us reach the back windows too.
How a clean works in Fleetville
Brush, pole and pure water: that's the kit. The water comes from our own purifier at Tollgate Farm in Colney Heath, and it leaves glass, frames and sills clean and streak free once dry.
Look out for our silver Ford Transit Custom vans and the navy Clear View uniform. Dylan runs Clear View and is often out on the poles himself.
