Thorn, LU5
Thorn is a neighbourhood on the north west side of Houghton Regis. Addresses use LU5, and the council is Central Bedfordshire. In a straight line, the centre of Houghton Regis is about a mile away.
Close to the middle of Thorn is The White Lion (a pub). A little further out are The Old Red Lion (a pub) and Chalgrave Memorial Hall. Trains run from Harlington station, about 4 miles to the north east as the crow flies.
We already clean homes in Thorn. They are on our Houghton Regis round, which runs on Fridays, every 4 or 8 weeks, and each customer gets a text the day before. For an outside clean you don't need to be in, as long as we can reach the windows.
Our method in Thorn
We clean with pure water we make ourselves at our unit in Colney Heath. It goes up through water-fed poles that reach up to 40ft, and the brush does the glass, frames and sills, so they dry clear with no soap or detergent left behind.
Look out for our silver Ford Transit Custom vans and the navy Clear View uniform. Dylan runs Clear View and is often out on the poles himself.

Thorn window cleaning prices
From £18 a clean on a 4-weekly round.
Your price comes from the size of your home and what you tick, not your postcode, so a home in Thorn pays the same as one anywhere else we cover. Every 8 weeks is half the visits, with each clean about a third more.
Thorn gutter cleaning
Prices from £75 for a 2-bed, with your windows cleaned free on the same visit.
Prices go by bedrooms: £75 for a 2-bed, then £100, £125, £150 and £175 for 3 to 6 beds. Fascias and soffits are the same price.
With fascias and soffits booked at the same time, your gutters are 25% off. Heavy black or green staining on fascias needs a chemical soft wash, which is £50 extra.
Exterior cleaning in Thorn
Dylan prices these himself, from photos and Google Earth. A roof clean takes in the gutters, fascias and soffits and a window clean as well, finished with biocide.
