Getting to know Broadwater
On the south east side of Stevenage, about 2 miles from the middle of Stevenage in a straight line, Broadwater is a suburb in the Stevenage council area, and homes here have SG2 postcodes.
Close to the middle of Broadwater are Man in the Moon (a pub), Shephalbury Park and Ridlins Field. For trains, Knebworth station is about a mile to the south west, as the crow flies.
Broadwater is a Monday for us: the Stevenage round. We already clean homes in Broadwater, every 4 or 8 weeks, with a text the day before. There's no need to stay in for an outside clean. Just leave the gate unlocked.
Our method in Broadwater
Every visit covers the glass, the frames and the sills. The water is purified at our Colney Heath unit, so it dries clear without streaks, and our water-fed poles reach up to 40ft.
Homes with up to 5 bedrooms are priced online, and Dylan prices bigger or unusual homes himself.
